Scott made the home buying process smooth and easy. He was very easy to work with, and provided great information and advice. Ray got us set up with a great interest rate at a very busy time. Unlike our experience with representatives from other lenders, Ray was always available and attentive to us. He explained the process in detail and was patient in going through our detailed questions. His staff offered great support as well and were conscientious and dedicated through the whole process. Our closing was also completely seamless- in the comfort of our home with very kind, informed, and intelligent folks.
