As busy as they were, they had time to answer my questions with patience. Ray and his team were able to provide me with clear details regarding my loan. They even schedule a time for a zoom meeting to discuss how I can increase my credit score to improve my interest rate. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not fully understand the process but they were able to get me up to speed. Buying a house could be very nerve-racking and stressful. But they made it a pleasant experience.

Scott is excellent at what he does. Being a first time home buyer, this process can be a bit overwhelming. Scott made sure to constantly keep us in the know with full disclosure and ensured that we understood every detail about our loan. Throughout the entire process, he had our best interest in mind and kept an open line of communication. He is not only very knowledgable in his area of expertise, but extremely personable as well.
