I had an EXCELLENT experience with my Mortgage Broker and his support office staff. From receiving my pre-approval to closing they were hands on each step of the way. I'm an experienced real estate investor and have done many purchases and closing but THIS purchase and the closing process far exceeded all my expectations. I arrived at my closing at 1pm and done by 1:07pm. Everything was prepared and signed in advance and ready for me. AMAZING 7 minutes at closing. Woooww.
